Oh God, maybe they didn\u2019t really know each other\u2026.aghhhhh.<\/p>\n<p>So why didn\u2019t they stick out their hand and say Hi, I\u2019m so and so?\u00a0 I don\u2019t know, I do that all the time and many times the person will say oh yes we\u2019ve met.\u00a0 Ooops, we have? That&#8217;s where dogs have a definite advantage, one sniff of the butt and you&#8217;re ingrained in the memory.\u00a0But is that worse?\u00a0 That you don\u2019t remember meeting the person, I don\u2019t know I guess it depends which side of the handshake you\u2019re on. I\u2019ve recovered pretty well in some of those moments as I recall.<\/p>\n<p>Or how about those times when I introduce someone in the hopes that the other person will say their name because for the life of me I can\u2019t remember it.\u00a0\u00a0 It\u2019s pretty damn convenient to make introductions in those instances\u2026just saying. But, again, how rude is that of me\u2026introductions with an ulterior motive. Just fess up for cryin out loud.<\/p>\n<p>I have to start making introducing people part of my thing going forward.
